I’m trying to speak more freely about everything behind the heart and soul of Fearlessly Feminine.
Let’s dive in! Today’s topic is Three Things I would never do as a boudoir photographer!
1.) Share your images without permission. This feels like it should go without saying but so many babes ask about this. As the owner of FF I treat sharing images like HIPA. I take it SO seriously and it’s a fireable offense in our studio.
Every babe you see on our website or in this blog has signed a model release. We have systems in place as a studio to make things ultra secure.
2.) Support anything negative. Tell me you want to diet before your session? I’m going to remind you, totally not necessary. Have something negative to say about your body? I’ll listen, but remind you about the facts…all bodies are good bodies. I’m a cheerleader for self love, body-positivity and self confidence!
3.) Leave you hanging. All questions will be answered before you arrive for your shoot. During your shoot, I’ll give you examples of poses, verbal direction and all kinds of hype. Throughout this process you’ll never feel alone.
We take immense pride in our questionnaires, emails, quick response time, guides etc. We’ve poured hours and hours into the way we prepare you for your session. During your shoot we make sure you have all the support you need. Feelings unsure isn’t something I ever want you to worry about when walking in the door for your boudoir session.
Here are some things our clients have said:
“I felt so comfortable in my skin and felt so incredibly beautiful. I definitely recommend doing a photo shoot with Alisha.” – Miss S
“As someone who struggles with self-love, confidence, and body image, this experience helped me see myself in a new light. While prepping for my session, someone told me, “You are only this young and beautiful once.” Set the excuses aside, take off your blinders, show yourself compassion, and the rest will fall into place. You are worth it. I couldn’t be happier with my photos and experience.” – Miss L
“…I was really nervous but have wanted to do a boudoir photoshoot for a few years now…so I did it! Alisha made me feel completely comfortable. It felt like I was spending the day with a friend! She is so kind & talented.” – Miss K
