booking
Once we get your date solidified, your session fee paid and your contract signed we can start the fun part, the planning! We'll email over your Guide to Preparing and your Style Guide; we also love sharing an inspiration board! We want your session to be custom-tailored to you! Want to know what we think of an outfit? Email us! We want to provide an amazing experience for you, and that means we’re invested from beginning to end!
Keep in mind: we recommend planning your session a minimum of 8-10 weeks before your deadline to ensure we have plenty of time to get your luxury products in! Once our calendar is full, it's full, so don't wait to reach out.

Planning and Prepayment plans
Almost 100% of our clients set up a prepayment plan because of the amazing bonuses they unlock by doing so. We'll send you over an email with the details and a link to set up your call. We'll also set up a call the month before your session to go over any last minute questions.

photoshoot
Once you arrive at the studio we'll get you set up with hair, makeup, and a little wine! You best schedule a night out because you're going to look like a straight-up fox! Our hair and makeup team is phenomenal!
All Motherhood Era sessions come with 1.5 hours of shooting time and access to our hand painted backdrops.
Additional shooting time and series can be added here.
During your shoot we'll coach you through every pose. From the top of your head to the tips of your toes. We don't expect you to know how to pose, that's why you've invested with us!

Your Order
Two weeks (or less) after your session you'll have your image reveal, and we'll show you your photos in a way only a boutique photographer can! We'll look through albums, admire your gorgeous self and decide how you want to display your images! You'll pay in full or you’ll have already prepaid for your collection (make sure to ask about the bonuses associated with pre-payment!), and then in 4-6 weeks, your order arrives! Woo!

the first year
SCHEDULING
HOW IT WORKS
Capturing your child, baby or toddler can be done at anything. However there's something ultra magical about their first year. Never do they change more rapidly, never are you more the center of their universe.
three to six months
At three to six months your little one is able to hold up their head, likely able to sit up, but still not quite mobile yet. They love to interact, are beginning to develop their personality and but are still easy to sooth and wildly observant which makes it the perfect time to come in.
seven to nine months
They're comfortable sitting up, but may not be entirely mobile, which is perfect for those sweet sitting up photos. I love photographing family photos around the seven to nine month mark!
nine to twelve months
We're moving and grooving and getting extra playful. Expect high energy, lots of personality and beautiful candid photos. As their independence grows
One Year
As their independence grows so does the intensity of the photoshoot. They may or may not be walking but they're most certainly on the move. They love exploring but their desire for movement can make things challenging. It's a wonderful season to capture but expect lots of energy.
two years and up
By the time they turn two they're likely able to sit still for short amounts of time, listen to some directions and have all kinds of beautiful personality.
It's an ideal time for a photoshoot. No matter your child's age capturing this fleeting season is always so special. I'm more than happy to help you find the ideal time for your family.
Maternity
We recommend booking your maternity motherhood shoot better 28-34 weeks depending on how you're feeling and how large you'd like your bump to be.
HOw much is a shoot?
The session fee begins at $500. This includes hair and makeup by a professional! You will choose your products from collections and a la carte menu at your premiere ordering session. For a complete list of prices for products, please contact me!
This session fee does not include prints or digital images.
Will you share my photos?
The only way we use your images online or in advertising is if you sign a release sheet, which is 100% optional. There is also the option of only granting use of a portion of the images. Whatever your choice, its celebrated and respected.
How long is the shoot?
Your makeover with hair and makeup usually lasts between an hour and an hour and a half. Then we go into the shoot, which is based on the number of looks you have (We suggest 4-6). Normally shooting time lasts an hour to an hour and a half.
DO YOU SELL DIGITAL FILES?
We sell prints, as well as digital files. If you choose to get digitals, you’ll be given written permission to make unlimited copies of your images for personal use. Fearlessly Feminine holds the copyright, and personal use does not include the sale of the images or alteration in any way without written consent. However, most of our clients opt for a folio-album-digital combo package.
DO YOU RETOUCH THE IMAGES?
Retouching is always a discussion, and something we will discuss carefully during your ordering appointment. Short answer? Yes! All the images at your viewing and ordering session will have gone through one round of edits. Any images purchased in a collection, in your album, and select items off the a la carte menu will go through two rounds of retouching. When it comes to photographing littles the need for swapping a head or removing a bruise is definitely something we offer.
Do you Travel?
Yes, absolutely! As a team we take International Trips often! We're also in Durham at minimum quarterly.
CAN I DO MY OWN HAIR AND MAKEUP?
We strongly recommend that you do not do your own hair and makeup. We understand that some people are very particular, but our hair and make-up artists work to bring out your best features and are trained in cosmetology and camera makeup. We would only trust you with the best! Because we feel strongly about having this professionally done, we include hair and makeup in all of our sessions. A discount will not be given if you decline these services because it ultimately can cause more work in editing.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO SEE MY PROOFS?
Your first round of images will be ready approximately 2 weeks after your session. All premiere viewing and ordering sessions happen via Zoom. And exciting news for those that choose to prepay for the collection… One of our Pre-Payment Plan Bonus Options is a same day viewing and ordering appointment. No need to wait, you’ll see your images only hours later!
DO I HAVE TO PAY A DEPOSIT TO HOLD THE DATE?
Yes, you do need to pay your entire session fee (starting at $500) to hold your date.
It is a non-refundable retainer.

Can i bring my whole family to be photographed?
what do I need to bring to my shoot?
Of course. We love the opportunity to photography your family. Dad is welcome to join, if you're bringing your children please bring someone to help keep them occupied. They're welcome to arrive with you or after hair and make up is complete.
I recommend bringing a nude strapless bra and nude underwear. A bodysuit if you like that style image and any dresses you really love!

We have two studios, one in Evansville, Indiana and one in Durham, North Carolina. Both are newly remodeled and so lovely.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend planning your session at a minimum of 8-10 weeks before your deadline to ensure we have plenty of time to get your products in! As for the age of your little, check our scheduling info here. Once the calendar is full, it's full, so don't wait to reach out!

Personally I have 15 years of experience as a professional photographer and 10 years experience as a boudoir photographer, I've got you.
