So, December is RIGHT around the corner! The month seems to always FLY by and is consumed with so many to-do’s and events, etc. The hustle and bustle of shopping and decorating can become overwhelming. I suggest trying this 25 days of FITMAS. Take time for YOU. I did not create this calendar below, one of my favorite bloggers did. I had to share!
Start on December 1st and make a goal to accomplish everyday up until Christmas. You can do it! (Please note, December 16th, I did not attach her workout) I suggestcompleting more squats and go for a run!
