Happy Fearlessly Feminine Friday ladies!  Meet Miss J, she totally rocked her session and i’m SO excited she’s on the blog today talking about the reason for her shoot, how she prepared and how the shoot made her feel!   I’m also over the moon that Miss J will be attending the Galentine’s Day Party and talking about the it works products!  Rumor has it there might be a sweet give away!  You can check out the products she offers through it works here! 

Introducing Miss J: 

I started out by shopping for great lingerie and sexy outfits for my husband. The whole thing was all for him; to celebrate his 40th birthday. I wanted things that would show that I really thought of him in every photo. That is how I landed on my favorite outfit of the whole shoot … the Superman jersey and socks.

After deciding what to wear, I began to focus on getting my body photo shoot ready. I didn’t change much about my daily routine. I eat pretty healthy and am a fairly active person. I am a big lover of the It Works products and really rely on them to maintain and look my best.

The two supplements I use are the Greens and the Fat Fighters daily. I then began wrapping every 72 hours about 2 1/2 weeks before the photo shoot. The wraps do an amazing job of tightening, toning, and firming up my trouble areas. I focused on the lower back, thighs, and booty. I knew that backside would have the spotlight that day.

I was confidant with my body and excited to have a day being Fearlessly Feminine!!!
It was an experience I would recommend to any woman! Alisha is so sweet and makes you feel completely comfortable! The pampering before hand was pretty fun too!! I loved that I didn’t have to stress about my hair or makeup! I was in the hands of a professional and that pressure was off of me!

My shots turned out gorgeous! The hardest part of the whole experience (aside from keeping it a secret from the hubby) was picking just 10 pictures for his little black book. And I have to give Alisha major props … She was amazingly patient with my indecisiveness and obsessing over little details in each photo. She’s wonderful and you will be in great hands!!
