I had been secretly hoping this babe would book a session since 2013. Yes… you read that right. We were introduced socially and knew immediately she be a dreamy client but I spent over a decade of admiring her from afar and imagining what magic we might create together someday.

So when she finally said she was ready for her Fearlessly Feminine experience? I squealed. Like, full-on, call-Lindsay-immediately, and told her the good news. Because I just knew it was going to be something special. 

This session marked the beginning of a new era for her. She came in with a beautiful intention: to create artwork for her home…pieces that felt powerful, personal, and worthy of the space she lives in every day. The art has whispers of her yoga background, gorgeous strength and personal style. 

At one point, I briefly considered splitting the session into two days… but instead, we did what girls with excellent taste do: ordered mini charcuterie boxes, poured some white wine, and powered through a day full of laughter, confidence, and creative energy.

Two prints now live in the primary bathroom.
Four in the primary bedroom.
One in the powder room.
And two in the upstairs hallway, inspired by some very cool artwork I saw at Mary Lou’s in Palm Beach. (If you know, you know.)

Why did you choose to do a Fearlessly Feminine shoot?

I choose FF for so many reasons. To just name a couple— I believe Alisha, and her team, have such an artistic eye. That in itself is huge. I love the natural lighting. The quality of work, time, and patience is something you cannot beat. When looking at her work, it is palpable the top tier quality you’re receiving. Thats my alley, all the way.

What was your favorite part of the experience?

Every single part. From shopping assistance. The beautiful European pieces were suggested after a little profiling. I bought all of the pieces because they were that stunning. To the days leading up to care packages, the day of surprise, the care, time, and patience of the shoot. Then the review and delivery! The energy and seeing the art come to life & everyone’s excitement will give you all the feels

How did your boudoir session make you feel?

At 43 it’s important feel comfortable in your own skin, for me. The amazing energy and setting allow you to give that extra sparkle. That is, Alisha and her team providing that fierce, sexy safety to give it what you’re wanting captured

Would you do another Fearlessly Feminine shoot?

I will do another shoot as soon as I can find the wall space, without a doubt.

Would you recommend a session like this to anyone else? If so, who?

Yes, in fact several.. My niece for her husband, A dear friend for herself and her husband, and a beautiful newly divorced woman finding her power in this life.

What did you do to prepare for the shoot?

I followed Alisha’s recommendations. I made sure to have all the facial help with Midwest facial Plasticity surgery- Dr. Paik & Shay are AMAZING. Hydrate, exfoliate, no tanning, no self-tanner. Hydrating lotions, nightly & morning self-care routines in the weeks leading up to my session for that extra glow.

What image was your favorite?

Oh my, I don’t know if I can actually pin down a favorite. I don’t mean that in a self-centered way, but the artistic eye of them all. There wasn’t one I saw that didn’t make me blush and smile in amazement. Her eye is like none other.

What products did you decide on? Are you happy with your choice?

There isn’t a product I could walk away from, and I couldn’t be happier with that decision. Literally.
