What did you do to prepare for the shoot?

Low sodium, low carb diet the week prior. Cut all dairy products. Drank more than enough water then cut my water intake to less than half 24 hrs prior to the shoot. Did a body wrap the night before to cut water weight.

The one with me in the black bondage suit in the dark room.
