I just adore a long day of shooting and when one of our clients books our Lavish Collection and goes with epic add-on’s we’re always in it to win it for the day!
So many of these images are new personal favorites for me, so let’s start at the beginning. Our You’re So Golden Series is one of our boudoir client favorites. On that sunny autumn morning, with the light streaming into the studio so flawlessly, I knew I had to try something different. Enter into the portfolio, the perfect 1960’s inspired imagery thats giving major ‘Mad Men’ vibes.
Throughout the shoot, Miss K and I found ourselves perfectly aligned in vision and creativity, and I’m incredibly proud of the art we created. Miss K’s choice to include The Renewal Series, followed by the captivating finale of the I Am Wild Series, it was truly the perfect fall day for outdoor boudoir.

Why did you choose to do a Fearlessly Feminine shoot?
I’ve wanted to do a boudoir shoot for a while now, but it was always “someday…” I turned 30 this year and decided it was time to just do it and make it happen! I wanted to capture who I am right now at this stage of my life and give my older, future self a reminder of who I used to be. I wanted to have these photos for myself to look back on and give me something to smile about. I also knew my husband would love and cherish the photos for years to come. He is the one who helped me search for and find the best boudoir photographer in the area…Alisha White with Fearlessly Feminine.
What was your favorite part of the experience?
Doing the actual photo shoot was so fun…actually a lot more fun than I expected! I was so nervous because I don’t really know how to pose or essentially model. Alisha walked me through each and every step making it all so natural and effortless. It felt more like I was just hanging out with a friend, the time flew by, and I wasn’t nervous or uncomfortable at all from the moment she welcomed me at the door.
How did your boudoir session make you feel?
Excited, confident, proud, beautiful, happy… It felt so good to take a big step out of my comfort zone and do something just for me.
Would you do another Fearlessly Feminine shoot?
Absolutely! I am already considering doing another one at some point. I am especially interested in doing a shoot abroad, perhaps in Europe!
Would you recommend a session like this to anyone else? If so, who?
Yes – anyone young or old. There are no rules and we all deserve to be celebrated and love ourselves!
What did you do to prepare for the shoot?
Nothing in particular – I went into this fully being me! I typically take good care of myself.
What image was your favorite?
Probably the one where I’m in the tub looking down smiling. I just think it’s a really pretty photo! Honestly it’s very difficult to pick one favorite because there are so many that I love!
What products did you decide on? Are you happy with your choice?
I went with the lavish collection which included an album, wall art, diamond block, and marble folio box. I am very happy with how everything turned out!

A note from Alisha…
I recently created a reel for Instagram that filled me with immense pride, only to have it swiftly removed due to a shot featuring Miss K’s back. There was absolutely no nudity involved, yet it seems even the slightest hint of skin can lead to social media censorship. Consequently, we’ve shifted our content-sharing efforts over to Patreon to avoid the risk of further penalties.
