BEACH WORKOUT
Even on vacation, there isn’t an excuse. Try this beach workout that you can do anywhere!
10 Burpees then sprint 100 meters
20 pushups then sprint
30 High knees
40 Sit-ups then sprint
30 Booty Kicks
30 Russian Twists then sprint
30 Mountain Climbers
50 Jumping Jacks
25 Toe Touch Sit ups then sprint
Repeat cycle as many times as you can!
